Cilantro Lime Rice

This cilantro lime rice is such an easy way to add flavor to your meal. It's the perfect side dish for so many recipes, serve it with Citrus Salmon or Pork Stir-Fry.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Rice -
- 3 Cups of Water -
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped -
- 1 TBL Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice -
Instructions:
- In the 4 quart dutch oven add the water and rice. Put lid on; turn heat to medium high and wait for clicking to sound. Turn heat down to low and cook for an additional 12 minutes.
- Add lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and serve.
