- 2 Cups of Rice -
- 3 Cups of Water -
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped -
- 1 TBL Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice -
- In the 4 quart dutch oven add the water and rice. Put lid on; turn heat to medium high and wait for clicking to sound. Turn heat down to low and cook for an additional 12 minutes.
- Add lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and serve.
