- 4 cups of water
- 3 cups of rice
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup butter
- In the Dutch oven add the water, cover and cook at medium-high temperature until the valve sounds (7 minutes).
- Add rice and salt to taste. Mix. Reduce temperature to low and cook for 15 minutes.
- In the bowl add the cooked rice, cilantro and butter; mix well. Serve.
