- 1 Head chopped cauliflower florets, no lower stems -
- 2 TBL butter -
- 1/4 TSP garlic powder -
- 3 Ounces sharp cheddar cheese -
- ¼ Cup chopped chives -
- Dash of salt and pepper to taste -
Wash and chop cauliflower into small pieces. Be careful to only leave a small amount of stem. In a 3 qt Nutra Ease dutch oven add cauliflower and 3 rings of water. Turn heat to medium high and wait for the Nuta Valve to begins to click, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat until Nutra valve stops clicking and cook for an additional 6 minutes or until cauliflower is soft. In the Royal Vortex or blender add the tofu, cauliflower, cheddar cheese, butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper; in this order and blend on number 6 for 30 seconds. Put in a bowl and top with chives. Embrace the taste, experience the difference.
