Cooking broccoli with NutraEase cookware is simple and fool proof. Waterless Steamed Broccoli

Although this recipe isn't completely waterless you'll use a minimal amount, only a few tablespoons! You can use these same steps for any fresh vegetable in your NutraEase cookware. We love how broccoli tastes just like it's been steamed but retains all the nutrients instead of leaking them out into a pot of water!
Ingredients:
- 1 Head of Broccoli, Chopped into florets -
- 2 Tablespoons water -
- Salt & Pepper -
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Herb Butter *Optional -
Instructions:
- After chopping the broccoli season with salt and pepper. Place 2 tablespoons water and broccoli in 3 quart Nutra Ease saucepan or 8” Nutra Ease skillet, put the lid on and heat to medium. Wait for the clicking to sound, when it does lower the heat to medium low and cook for 3 more minutes. Remove from heat. Optional: Toss with a tablespoon of garlic herb butter for some added flavor.
